Additional charges for: set up, linen, service, bartender, table centerpieces, china, glatware or glassware rental taxes
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the estimated total is due with the signed contract to reserve the event date. And additional 25% is due thirty
days prior to the event. Final guest count is due no more than seven business days prior to the event and client will be invoiced based on this amount. The final invoice is payable on the day of
the event.
Leftover Food:
Client is entitled to all meals which are billed for and not consumed but Katerina's will not be liable for the condition of the leftover food product once the
event is over.
